The Power of THREE!

Please don’t read that title the wrong way!

We are not talking about group marriage but the importance of a rule we call the rule of THREE and the importance of choosing amazing suppliers for your wedding.

But let’s clarify what we mean by amazing!

We want you to consider the rule of THREE.

We don’t mean that you only need three suppliers, though minimising the number of people involved can make life easier! We mean our handy little acronym THREE which you can consider when choosing your ideal and compatible suppliers.

Trustworthy

Honest

Reliable

Economically viable

Easy to get along with

If you apply this handy little rule to wedding suppliers as you research and meet them, you will start to find who you are most compatible with.

Just because you’ve seen some photos of a photographer on Instagram and love them (even though they are miles out of your budget), it’s not a reason to hire them. You want a photographer who makes you feel at ease in front of the camera and who fits your budget.

Likewise, Aunty Janet saying she makes cakes for her kids doesn’t mean that she’s the right choice for your wedding cake, which might even be a central focus of your wedding décor.

A wedding planner who did the latest celebrity wedding in a five-star castle isn’t necessarily the right planner for you. You might suit someone more relatable, with experience of decorating a self-catering barn.

Wedding suppliers are very personal. Like we said at the start: compatibility is key so apply the rule of THREE.
